Rental Information.

• All renters must be at least 21 years of age.

• 2 day minimum during peak periods (November 24th thru March 15th) (May 25th thru Sept 5th)

•  

• The customer is responsible for ALL damages incurred during the rental period.

• Hours of rental begin at 3:00 pm and must depart by 12 pm on the finial day of stay, unless otherwise agreed on. 

Reservation Deposit - $100

Required to reserve apartment. Customer will forfeit the deposit in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. The reservation deposit will convert to a security deposit upon your arrival.

Security Deposit - $

• SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT PRIOR TO DEPARTURE (credit card or cash).

• Security deposit will be held pending outcome of damages caused by the customer. The apartment will be thoroughly inspected before departure and upon return.

Cancellation Policy

• You must cancel within 7 Days for weekend rentals, and 72 hours for weekday rentals or forfeit the reservation deposit.

• If the weather is inclement, the reservation will be cancelled. (Both parties must agree on what defines inclement weather on the day of the rental.)

• A $25.00 PROCESSING FEE will be charged for ALL cancellations. (Even if cancellation is prior to the 7 days or 72 hours.) If the reservation is rescheduled at time of cancellation this cancellation fee will be waived.
